If President Obama introduced 9-9-9, would Republicans scream about Obama introducing a new tax because 9-9-9 adds a federal sales tax without ending the payroll tax?
You CAN'T introduce a federal sales tax and keep the income tax, because all you are doing is introducing another way for the federal government to get money to spend on whatever they want to spend it on!
