From the first show, I was able to correctly guess the plot line, so far, through the next 3 shows. During the second episode shown Monday night, I started turning to Mrs. D.S. and saying, "I told you this was
going to happen!"

I mentally shut down when I watch most television shows and movies because I realize it's just an enjoyment and distraction for a few minutes.* So, when I can give you the plot line, the show is in deep
trouble because, frankly, I just don't think hard about what I'm watching, I just watch.

* Examples of exceptions are "The Deadliest Catch," "How It's Made," "The Dirtiest Jobs", nature shows, and any of the home make over shows on TLC or HGTV.
