The absentee ballots are being counted and, of course, the numerical results of the election have changed.
It appears Robert Ehrlich (R), received 20-25% of the Black vote in Maryland. Michael Steele (R) received between 25-30% of the Black vote.
Note that when Ehrlich and Steele were elected as a team in 2002, Ehrlich received 9% of the Black vote.
