Eastwood Speech: Fail

When you give a senior the microphone, you can expect rambling and you
can expect the person to not adhere to the time. They are going to say
what they came to say and when it takes longer, they are going to keep
on talking. To me, the rambling took away from the speech, although he
made some good points.

Finally, it says something when Eastwood's speech is getting more
discussion than the Republican presidential nominee.
