As I understand it, a poll showed that a higher majority of Tea Party people believe that Obama favors Black people over white people than the general population:
More than half say the policies of the administration favor the poor, and 25 percent think that the administration favors blacks over whites — compared with 11 percent of the general public.
Yet Obama has said that he is not the President of Black America and there are people who say that Obama is NOT doing enough for Black Americans.
