Johnnie Earl Lindsey
The Innocence Project Does It Again
DALLAS — DNA was the key that set a Dallas man free on Friday after 26 years behind bars. Johnnie Earl Lindsey was greeted with cheers as he left the courtroom on Friday afternoon.
He had been convicted of a rape at White Rock Lake after the victim picked him out of a photo lineup, but new DNA testing cleared him of the crime.
When I say this story on yahoo the other day I knew you would be posting it. I would love to see more fact about this case like eye witnesses, evidence, etc.
