Associated Black Charities is a federation of 20 member agencies that deliver health and human services in the five boroughs of New York City. Services include basic needs such as meals for the elderly, shelter for the homeless, medical and mental health services, emergency food and shelter, protective care for children and families who are at risk, counseling for those who are troubled and rehabilitation for substance abusers.
